Holly has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a heavy concentration on employment law and management behaviors and a Master of Business Administration. Her designations include Professional Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and a Certified Public Manager with the State of Texas (CPM). In her 20-plus year career in Human Resources, her titles have ranged from Director to Chief in multiple industries, including manufacturing, banking, insurance, government, and technology. Holly enjoys the legal side of human resources, which involves policy development, disciplinary actions, and investigations. However, her favorite part is management and communication training. Holly’s love of teaching reaches outside work and moves into one of her main hobbies – she is an Assistant Scuba Instructor and dives every chance she gets. Her other hobbies include quilting, reading, and flying as a Private Pilot.
